Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from the date you receive your KAATSU equipment to request a return and refund. We ship by Canada Post and UPS, and we use the shipper’s confirmed delivery date as the beginning of the 30-day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. KAATSU Canada will evaluate the returned product when we receive it to determine whether you will receive a full or partial refund.
To begin the return process, contact us at info@kaatsu.ca. Partial refunds may be granted if the equipment is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
All returns and refunds will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning the product.
Beyond 30 days, there are no returns unless under extraordinary circumstances. If you have questions, please contact us at info@kaatsu.ca.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If we approve the refund, we will send the amount by Interac e-transfer as it is immediate, convenient, and secure.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There can be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival may be exchanged. If you want to exchange a defective product for the same product, it must fall within the warranty period for that product. Please see our Warranty Service Information.
Shipping Returns
Once approved to return your product, mail your product to: KAATSU Canada, 4 Conroy Crescent, Thorold, Ontario, L2V 4R3
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
