I mentioned the notion of “the KAATSU smile” the other day. It was one of the things that struck me as interesting about KAATSU – that people would feel so good from KAATSU that they would smile. I am told that this was one of the major goals of Dr. Sato: to get users to smile, as a smile is the most sincere expression relief from pain, frustration, or stress.
It’s another reason why I like KAATSU so much. I’m smiling right now. I came back from visiting the Montreal Kendo Club tonight and had a great workout. I was sore when I got back to my AirBnB, but after KAATSU the pain from the training is mostly gone and I’m ready for a good sleep.
Wishing you all sweet dreams – and a happy awake time with KAATSU 🙂
