Dr. Yoshiaki Sato (the inventor of KAATSU) has a goal of helping keeping healthy for their entire lives. While the use of KAATSU is associated with many positive effects on health and fitness, it is not a medical device. For that reason, you do not need a prescription to use KAATSU.
