The circulatory system is vital for maintaining human life and optimal health. Your heart, blood vessels, and blood work together in a closed system that transports nutrients, oxygen, hormones, and other essential substances throughout the body, in addition to removing waste products. Without optimal circulation, the body suffers.
One of the reasons I am so excited about KAATSU is the effect that it has on the human body. The modifications KAATSU makes to the flow of blood in the body are subtle, but the effects are profound. That such a simple concept like KAATSU can do what it does seems unbelievable at times, but its beneficial effects are undeniable.
Over the coming days, I am going to highlight some of the effects KAATSU has on the circulatory system. I’m going to talk about vascular elasticity, nitric oxide, reactive hypermia, erythropoiesis, VEGF, and a few other points of interest. I hope you’ll find it interesting and useful information that gives you a better understanding of why people should use KAATSU every day, and not just for working out.
We all need to keep our circulatory system in top-notch shape. There is evidence that regular KAATSU use can help, even in people who can’t exercise. Stay tuned over the coming days to learn more about KAATSU’s effect on the circulatory system and its potential benefits to human health.
