When I think back to how I got started with KAATSU, I remember I sat around a lot. The couch was my best friend. Why? Because I was recovering from an Achilles tendon tear and I honestly didn’t feel like moving around a lot wearing KAATSU. Fortunately, there’s a benefit to using KAATSU passively, just watching Netflix on the couch.
KAATSU: The Nitric Oxide Machine
The patent for KAATSU is based on it improving vascular health by increasing vascular elasticity. The KAATSU Cycle mode compresses and decompresses, stretching the veins and capillaries in your limb. In turn, this triggers the vascular endothelial cells that line the blood vessels to generate a larger amount of nitric oxide, thereby strengthening the blood vessels.
Seriously awesome.
What other device will bring you this kind of cardiovascular benefit with so little effort? And, will that same device do all the other things that KAATSU does? Probably not. This is one of the things I love about KAATSU. It’s versatile, safe, and effective.
And, I can be a couch potato to use it 🙂
